There are 3 hotels that are very close to the conference venue

- IBIS HOTEL (Website) about 500 m from the Conference

- HIPOTEL (Website) one stop from the venue with RER A

- B&B Torcy (Website) 3 stops from the venue with RER A

IBIS is very closed but a bit expensive but we could not get any discount so far.

So we have pre-reserved rooms in Hipotel and B&B Torcy to make sure that many participants will be able to find good and reasonable prices for their stay. Prices have been negociated and we got a discount until March, 15th

Rooms that are pre-booked in Hiphotel and B&B Torcy have twin beds. Prices are given below for each room. It means that you can either book a room for yourself (one bed will not be used), or share the room with a colleague or student and as a consequence share the costs.

We encourage you to book as soon as possible. Because the venue is very busy welcoming international visitors all year long, and because we are not far away from Disneyland Marne-la-Vallée hotels can be very difficult to book if you make a late decision.
